This highly sought-after album only achieved an initial promotional run of 100 copies before Immediate Records ran into difficulty. The media is hardly played and clean: NM or M-, the sleeve has a small cornerbumb: VG+.īilly's first album, produced by Andrew Oldham and featuring The Small Faces. Musical contributions from among others: Ian MacLagan, Nicky Hopkins, John Paul Jones and Kenney Jones. 'Would You Believe' is recorded late 1967/ early 1968 and produced by Andrew Loog Oldham with Steve Marriott and Ronnie Lane ( Small Faces). Pressed in a limited edition, handnumbered 669/1000. Initially pressed as Immediate IMCP009 in 1968, this release on Tenth Planet TP042 is from 1998, issued under lisence from Castle Communications. An original copy is very hard to find and very expensive, so this the (second?) best offer to obtain the unbelievable music of Billy Nicholls: 'Would You Believe'.
